About The Company
Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector. We exist to help our farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact. Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group Communications Manager you will work alongside partners within the business to develop communication plans and implement engaging communication activities.
The ability to develop positive relationships is a must. While you will have a strong focus on employee communications, it is a varied role with a focus on compelling storytelling. You will have a ‘nose for news’ and be responsible for developing collateral for all Ravensdown’s communication platforms, including our intranet, social media and website.
The successful candidate will also respond to communications issues as they arise, meaning the ability to prioritise is a must. To succeed in the role you’ll be good at wearing multiple hats, planning and project management, and helping the right audience get the right message, at the right time, on the right channel.
Video editing skills are preferable.
