The Software Engineering Graduate is required for a variety of programs to work across all stages of an agile development lifecycle being involved in software backlog refinement, requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing.

Successful applicants will receive training in Raytheon’s approach to Agile software development including Agile methodologies and DevSecOps as well as training in domain skills such as Electronic Warfare, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and will be part of teams with experienced engineers to ensure rapid knowledge growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an Agile development team participating in increment and sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum meetings, project demonstrations and retrospectives
• Implement stories as part of the program backlog including requirements analysis, software analysis and design, coding, integration and testing of stories and features
• Support analysis and rectification of defects in operational code

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Requires a University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degrees with suitable software related subjects.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
