Data Entry Clerks in our office are required to be fast paced, with strong communication and organizational skills. They need to have strong Computer skills (Word, and Excel), and an ability to change requirements on the fly. This role is set up to support the Dispatch Team and assist with order entry.

What do we need from you?

Strong Customer Service skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (French is an asset)

Answer incoming calls or emails from clients.

Support Dispatch in all required capacities.

Provide administrative/on-going support to the Management Team as needed
Knowledge in transportation and logistics would be an asset.

Other duties as assigned
Minimum 1-year work related experience

Detail oriented is a must
