Description:
Our client, and sought-after employers are currently looking for data entry clerks to join their busy team. This role would be suited for anyone with a keen eye for detail, strong problem solving skills or a passion for working on computers and working with data. Its a WORK FROM HOME REMOTE POSITION. What we require from the candidate:
Client will provide formal and on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring. Ideally, you will already have worked in a customer-focused, office-based role involving administrative and telephone work. In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for:

As a Data Entry / Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Dealing directly with customers via letter, email and phone – providing excellent customer service at all times
- Answering calls from customers
- Updating systems and records
- Providing update information to the wider team and sharing best practice
- Contributing ideas to improve ways of working
- Keeping your knowledge up to date via the web and publications.
- High School or higher eduation
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Good customer service and communication skills, written and telephone
- The ability to deliver consistently under pressure
- Self-motivation and a flexible approach to your work
- At least a basic level of IT competence.
