Starting Pay: $16 Per Hour

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations

• Ensure the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively

• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

• Enter key data of financial transactions in database

• Oversee budgetary updates and daily accounting related to key departments

• Assist with month-end close and monthly financial reporting package compilation

• All other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:

• Strong attention to detail

• High-level of proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work and contribute in a collaborative team environment

• Strong work ethic and high sense of accountability/ownership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve
