We are an established general practice in downtown Seattle seeking a patient-focused receptionist with prior dental experience. Candidates must be dependable, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Front desk duties include:

• Patient scheduling, registration, billing, and collection
• Presenting treatment plans, making payment plans, and checking patients out
• Striving for patient satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
• Verifying and coordinating insurances, claim management
• Maintain and utilize schedules effectively

We offer a wide range of services including wisdom teeth extractions, implants, soft tissue grafts, botox, and other types of general dentistry. Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
