Working across a range of communities and serving some of the most deprived children, the individual must be passionate about improving life chances for all 20,000 children across the trust. From the enrichment opportunities that are on offer to levelling the playing field in providing an inclusive environment for young people to thrive. In practical terms securing the best outcomes for pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 whilst striving for continuous improvements as measured by Ofsted.

As a member of the Executive Team, the National Director of Education plays a key role in the strategic development and future growth of the Trust – and is the key contact with the Department for Education and an advocate for REAch2 with policy makers and leaders across the sector.
We expect the National Director of Education to promote excellence and innovation across all REAch2 schools and to remove barriers that inhibit access to equal educational opportunities for pupils. Our expectation is that REAch2 will offer both exciting career development opportunities and a working environment that enables everyone to thrive.
