MS D365 Applications Manager

Essential Functions : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:
n
n
+ Working with IT management, evaluate and implement new hardware/software to improve productivity and operational efficiencies.
n
+ Provide capacity planning recommendations on an ongoing basis.
n
+ Work collaboratively to define solutions for business processes.
n
+ Perform analysis of, and make recommendations for the improvement of existing information systems, continuous improvement of workflow and process efficiency related to Supply chain and Finance functions.
n
+ Define and maintain the technology and deployment roadmap of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
n
+ Develop project requirements, create project plans and manage all projects through implementation.
n
+ Provide ongoing support in a 24x7x365 environment.
n
+ Define and manage tasks performed by outsourced personnel.
n
+ Manage IT Staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
n
+ Work with business owners to develop defined business requirements and final scope definition.
n
+ Ensure that proper end-user documentation is available for training through the use of Microsoft office tools.
n
+ Evaluate, recommend, install and integrate third-party products with in-house developed applications.
n
+ Monitor Help Desk tickets and address accordingly.
n
+ Other duties may be assigned, directed or requested.
n
Qualifications :
n
n
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3 – 5 years progressive experience in Information Technology
n
+ 5+ years of Management experience.
n
+ 3+ years of knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation application.
n
+ 2+ years of knowledge in developing applications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
n
+ 2+ years of Demonstrate knowledge of Azure Portal configurations and resources.
n
+ 2+ years of Demonstrate knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other cloud-based and on-premise applications.
n
+ 1+ years of knowledge in Logic apps, Azure storage, BYOD database, Azure Portal configurations and resources.
n
+ Ability to speak with all levels of the organization.
n
+ Ability to read, interpret, and also to prepare documents such as instructions and procedure manuals.
n
+ Must be able to work individually, both in person and remotely, with non-technical personnel to implement and troubleshoot day to day support issues.
n
+ A methodical and organized approach to problem-solving is a must, debugging skills and a scientific approach to capacity planning.
n
+ Ability to mentor, motivate and lead technical personnel.
n
