Key Responsibilities

• Learn from an established, award-winning real estate agent to master sales techniques and processes.
• Assist in prospecting and generating leads, contributing to client relationship management.
• Shadow experienced sales agents to observe and learn best practices in customer interaction, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Stratton Realty to clients and stakeholders.
