Working end-to-end on multiple strategic products with a focus on Infrastructure and AWS, you’ll join a team to assist in every area of the Infrastructure of new product ideas + enhancement + support.

What your exciting days will look like:-

• Monitor, Manage environment & infrastructure across AWS Lambda.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Automation process using Terraform.
• System/Service metric monitoring.
• Manage and maintain data & databases.
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
• Process/cost optimization.
• VPN on-premises office & AWS cloud management.
• Understand the root cause.
• Ensure customer focused, best practices are adhered.
• Strong focus on Infrastructure – AWS.
• Creating & Collaborating with other support engineers.
• Infrastructure supporting services.
• Work closely with the Operations team.
• Manage networks, security and internal resources.
• Continued training and personal growth.

Your other awesome skills & experience:-

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps, Support Engineer and/or similar position.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Level 3 – IT operations support.
• Enhancing, maintaining and managing Infrastructure.
• Understanding of root cause analysis.
• Some knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Bash, Python and other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of how to support Linux, Windows and MacOS.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• IT Degree and/or similar qualifications.
