We’re a small call center in our 9th year of business.

We work in the debt space, pre-qualifying customers with $3500 or more in debt to one of our many partners to help them become debt free. Some options for customers are non-profit credit counseling services as well as debt settlement options. This is lead generation, so you must be comfortable with stressed customers, okay using rebuttals, and overcoming rejection, or willing to learn. We have full training, so no experience is required, just a good attitude and motivation to “smile and dial”!

HOURS:

You will be selecting your own hours after our nesting/training period within 8:00 – 5:00 Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday. That’s 7-4 PST, 9-6 CST, 10-7 EST for reference. We offer flexibility within these options once training/nesting is complete (usually 5 days).

Currently, we’re seeking either

1- Full time agents 8am-5pm MDT (7-4 PST, 9-6 CST, 10-7 EST)

OR

2. Part time agents : 12:00pm – 5pm MDT (11:00am-4:00pm PST, 1:00pm -6:00pm CST, 2:00pm -7:00pm EST)

NOTE: We currently require at least some hours Monday and Friday to join our team and a min of 15 hours per week. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HOURS OTHER THAN WHAT IS SPECIFIED!!

EQUIPMENT:

Wired USB headset.

DSL or Cable internet connection.

No wireless accepted!

Our system is not compatible with Chromebooks or tablets.

Must have a PC or MAC. ( Chromebooks not allowed )

PAY:

This is a 1099 Independent contractor position, not employment.

$9.00 per hour PLUS pay per transfer and daily bonus opportunities!

Pay periods are 2x per month via direct deposit.
