RealNZ Looking for Technology Services Coordinator at Queenstown, Otago Full Time

The Technology team works across all of our RealNZ Experiences on offer; from Christchurch to Rakiura Stewart Island. With no two days the same, we have a pivotal role to play, ensuring both guests and staff have the technology tools to make those experiences exceptional.

As the Technology Services Coordinator, you need to have a passion for technology, but don’t necessarily need to be a technical genius. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail, a team player who is well organised and who has a flair for customer service. Your mission: to support the delivery of end user technology services including, basic IT support, onboarding and offboarding, procurement and finance administration as well as to co-ordinate tasks and incidents, providing priority and escalation action where required.

As part of this role you will:

• Ensure all requests are logged appropriately and the information is accurate and complete.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting procedures
• Escalate tasks and incidents to the correct Technology team members based on function, workload, ability and priority
• Carry out onboarding and offboarding duties in line with policy and procedure
• Provide administrative support for the wider Technology Team

Skills & Experience

• A good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 Stack
• Exceptional communication, multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computing or Tech Support would be advantageous
• Administration experience essential – within the technology space would be even better.
• Enthusiastic team player looking to develop professionally within the Technology field
