Be part of our Medical Marketing Team!

Objective:

Support Marketing and Medical Sales force by proposing strategies & implementing them to support the business needs towards the Medical Channel. With an special focus on Continuos Medical Education (CME) and MB Program
This includes:
‘ A) Active proposing of the proper CME programs to convey business strategies
B) Follow up to Medical Board Team
C) Communication & Negotiation skils; constant communication with Agencies and HCPs
D) Analyse data before and after the plans are executed
E) Make sure that all the activities are accomplished in time according to plan for each project.
F) Know Nutrition and Health business and colaborate with Marketing and Medical Sales force to implement strategies
G) Budget management and accountability
H) Be responsable of compliance processes within the position scope of work

Long Description

Responsibilities:

• Implement CME activities, including coordination with all involved key stakeholders (internal & external)
• A&P Budget Administration – coordinate monthly closings and projections, and give weekly follow up to ensure spending as planned.
• Be in contact wih Medical Associations & HCPs to assure a correct relationship and negociations, in junction with Procurement.
• Coordinate with multifunctional teams the definition, planning, implementation of Medical MKT activities by being a key contributor in activities’ implementation to achieve high performance and flawless execution.
• Coordinate with their MB Team the definition, planning, implementation of Medical Board activities by being a key contributor in the perfect execution of activities’ to achieve high performance.
• Be responsable of all compliance process in order to have a correct implementation of all asigned activities
• Contribute to the strengthening of Reckitt’s reputation by supporting the PR team to accomplish annual objectives.

Long Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or another related area.
• Consolidated: Execution, Leadership, Budget administration, Information analysis
• Basic: Relationship with agencies, HCPS and internal functional areas
• Fluent in English
