We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team in what is a full-time permanent position, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

The initial focus of this role is to drive business improvements and accountability through working closely with our high performing Sales and Brand & Trade Marketing teams in what is a very analytical role focused on driving profitability.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Maintenance of controls in trade spend
• Running the daily sales report and weekly reports on TI accruals, aging of claims, marketing deck, and open PO’s
• Managing the monthly S&OP model comparing sales, commercial, and supply forecast by customer and brand and preparing slide updates for monthly S&OP meetings
• Month end processing and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain and develop planning & forecasting financial models for data uploads into internal systems
• Responding to ad hoc analysis requests from the business to support the Finance Manager and Country Manager
