Recruit Express Hiring For 4 Months HR Executive- NORTH #HYS at North Singapore Full Time

This role would require you to report to the Head, HR. In this role, you will be handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Job scope involves recruitment and retention, benefit administration, compensation and benefits and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions including payroll
• Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process
• Facilitate on-boarding of new employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws
• Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection
• Review and execution of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators
• Administer staff benefit, payroll administration and performance management
• Participate in projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 4 – 5 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare environment
