About the Role:

This is a great role to add value, provide leadership, and deliver change in a way that matters. Working across cross functional programs and driving change to best suit the business will be key. You will implement and drive Change strategy and processes while evolving their current change management practice. You will define change management capabilities and be highly visible across your stakeholders.

As a leader, you will be able to mitigate risks and ensure governance is met.

The role covers all aspects of Change across a large scale business, your commercial acumen, as well as understanding of all change areas, will be key.

About you:

You will be a senior Change Leader who has worked across large scale enterprise environments, and having global touch points will be seen as a key skill. Not only with you have strong communication skills to manage a large team, you will also be able to ensure messaging and timeframes are set with key stakeholders. The team grows with constructive feedback, and building rapport and positive relationships will ensure engagement and activity with decision makers.

A few key skills we are looking for are:

• Experience managing project deliverables, Change Strategy development and implementation and leading people
• Formal Change Qualifications
• Experience driving change across large scale, cross functional organisation from current to future state.
• Experience in Organisational Change, Process, People, and Technology change.
• Ability to ensure change tools are optimised
• Ability to provide support to Change initiatives offering the best approach to each situation.
