Recruiting Solutions Hiring for Supplier Onboarding Specialist at Remote Full Time

The primary function of this role is to prepare and execute necessary documentation for new supplier vendor set up and onboarding, maintain vendor information, and assist vendors with the established onboarding process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update supplier on-boarding cases in a timely manner using department best practices and processes
• Partner with the client to onboard new suppliers for the Oracle Business Network
• Create and operate a playbook to work with suppliers from initial contact, network testing
• Collaborate with the client’s IT, Finance and Procurement teams
• Gather necessary documentation from suppliers
• Review Purchase Orders, Invoices, Rejection processing, Returns
• Contact and communicate with vendors to ensure that invoice submission processes are accurate and compliant
• Contact suppliers to troubleshoot issues

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Must have experience with Oracle Business Network and/or other ERP systems (Oracle Products, SAP, Peoplesoft, Epicor, Sage etc.)
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Excel
• Demonstrates attention to detail with strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
• Proven ability to utilize electronic tools and technology-based software and systems
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify and report trends
• Proven experience meeting deadlines with strong time management skills, prioritizing workloads, and working with a sense of urgency at all time
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrates a high level of autonomy in a virtual setting with the ability to consistently meet goals and expectations
• Provides excellent customer service to all points of contact
