Job scope:

1.To customised design laser marking/AOI inspection/ CHIP sorting/PICK N PLACE FAST PACED semiconductor equipment.

2.To Conceptualise, design ,n commission( Full equipment development cycle)

3.To design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)

4.To Select and sizing of standard components

5. To project manage till products handed to client

Requirement:

1. Diploma up of Mechanical Engineering

2. 3D solid Modeling, ( Exp: Pro-E , Solid Edge, Auto Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, Solid Designer )

Added advantage:

1. High Precision n pick n place machine design experience

2. Structural, kinematics and dynamic analysis and FEA simulation

3. Geometrical tolerance and dimensional analysis(stack up error)

4. Engineering material selection

1. 5Machine troubleshooting

5. Proficiency in analysis tools like FMEA, DOE
