Description of Role:

Our client is a successful Estate and Letting agents’ firm in Dublin 4, and they are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their Sales, Lettings and Management teams.

This is a varied and interesting role working as part of a team of property professionals, supporting a long- established client base.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to make decisions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with computer packages such as CRM systems and Excel.
• Prior experience within the property industry desirable but not essential

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with phone enquiries and arranging appointments for the team
• Uploading ads to websites
• Liaising with landlords and tenants on various issues in the normal course of business
• Checking references
• Ensuring all relevant information is received from both landlords and tenants
• Preparing leases for new lettings
• Transferring utilities
• Renewing leases as they come due
• Researching market comparable for valuations
• Issuing termination notices and rent review notices
• Arranging maintenance/repairs for properties on their maintenance portal
• Updating their lettings software with Property Inspections
