Are you currently working in some form of hospitality? Maybe within a hotel environment and are looking for that step into a commercial organisation to transfer your skills and professionally grow? Then look no further – this has everything:
A typical day will see you booking meeting rooms in an Outlook calendar, organising the room set up with the Event Manager, giving guided tours of the facilities on offer, noting special requests around the room set up with the facilities team and so much more! Your day will be full, busy but most importantly varied.
You
Ideally, you will offer customer service experience in hospitality in some form. Ultimately you will understand the power and importance of events and meetings and the work that goes around them. The successful candidate will bring a toolbox full of customer-centric qualities. You will understand the power of managing a variety of duties all the while maintaining a professional and positive working style.
This is a fun and exciting busy business where no two days will ever be the same. The administration around the events and meeting rooms are yours to own, so it is important you ensure an amazing experience for all people involved – internal and external.
