RecruitNet Consulting Group Ltd Looking for Warehouse Supervisor at Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand Full Time
What will you be doing? This is a Supervisor role, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, leading a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of the warehouse, including distribution, stock management, facilities and staff.
Your team will look up to you as their mentor and coach, as you work alongside them in this very hands-on role. It’s a busy operation with the necessity for quick turnaround times, so you’ll be expected to “chip in” (i.e. jump on the forkhoist) from time to time. While the pressure is on to get product out of the door, there is no compromise when it comes to Health and Safety or quality.

- Good proven warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Be an able communicator, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to see the bigger picture, understand the company vision and achieve buy-in from all parties.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Have a hands-on approach.
- Be familiar with H&S systems and WMS systems.
