REMOTE Full time Call Center Role!
HorsePower Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the service industry delivering first in class customer service and experiences. We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Must be available for the following hours but will not be required over 5 days a week/40 hours per week.
