Recruva Staffing Looking for Sales Specialist at Greater Toronto Area , Canada Full Time

Who we are: Recruva Staffing has been serving the GTA and North American region over the past 10 years, providing many different types of staffing services. We find our clients Full, Part time and Staff on Contract.

The Ideal Candidate: Someone who shares a passion in expanding a business and being part of the growth process. We are looking for someone who has experience in the Staffing industry and is familiar with approaching prospective clients. You are expected to do research about the company and follow up with potentials. We will supply you with all materials, equipment and support. This is an exciting opportunity with high commission potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Researching prospective client companies
• Presenting the services and benefits of being a client of Recruva Staffing Services
• Interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers
• Managing ongoing client relationships
• Negotiating service agreements for our clients

Requirements:

• Highly organized, detail oriented
• Hungry and motivated to pursue leads – strong self-discipline
• Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Determination and resilience through long and challenging sales cycles
• Ability to work with little supervision

Please note this is a 3 month contract position. We are open to hiring the right candidate on a full time basis. This position will be a salary plus commission position for 3 months.
