• Be an active student of administration, business, economy or related field of study, coursing 4th – 5th semester. Marketing Bachelor is a plus.

• Temporary, Part-time

The Trade Marketing Intern will support the analysis of information of sales, inventories, and the operational process of materials. Through the different tools, the intern must consolidate information to obtain insights that allow a direction to develop strategies. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the quality and loading of the information data are correct in the systems.

Information Excellence

Integration and analysis of sales and inventory information. Problem management: understand, analyze, document, resolve information requests (graphs, tables, reports). Ensure that the quality and loading of the information data are correct in the systems.

Reporting and Analysis

Creation of reports and monthly presentations of progress, results, indicators and, insights. Creation of reports through weekly client platforms. Analyze and understand market data to identify insights and business opportunities. Administrative support for the commercial area.

Inventory control and management

Relationship with suppliers of POP materials for the generation of printed materials. Execution and dispersion of visibility materials by the logistics partner. Understanding of the different clients and sales channels for the implementation of visibility plans.Creation and monitoring of Purchase Orders.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Be an active student of administration, business, economy or related field of study, coursing 4th – 5th semester. Marketing Bachelor is a plus.
• Intermediate – advanced Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
• Availability to work 6 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
• Interest in managing databases and information.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Organizing ability, flexible, pro-active, taking initiative, adaptable.
