Red Bull Looking for Striker (aka Territory Manager) at Wellington, Wellington Region, New Zealand Full Time

This is a dynamic role that involves building and managing customer relationships across multiple channels with a focus to put Red Bull in maximum danger of being sold. Negotiating the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store within a set of Retail and Impulse accounts across the Wellington Region (your territory) – this includes driving availability, visibility, communication and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.

TERRITORY COVERAGE

You will effectively cover all agreed outlets in your territory at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner You will administer and develop your designated area You will complete all calls allocated to individual territories

PERFECT STORE IMPACT

You will maintain and grow the Perfect Store databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging You will build quality relationships through effective communication You will influence decision makers through presenting compelling insights and delivering commercial proposals

STOCK MANAGEMENT

You will manage orders to ensure Red Bull’s stock keeping units (SKUs) are always in stock and on display You will ensure that stock levels are maintained to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets

POS MANAGEMENT

You will be motivated to secure (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand Your will ensure that the placement of POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets You will drive Promotional Compliance, ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

You will complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time You will implement Head Office agreements and ensure their execution matches our merchandising standards

PROVIDE AND UTILIZE ACTIONABLE DATA TO SELL USING INSIGHTS.

You will use category, shopper and global insights to sell mutually beneficial category growth initiatives You will manage complexity to ensure excellent communication and reporting are always delivered You will create and manage your own account portfolio to achieve your specific objectives through analyzing your individual reports You will maintain strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems You will develop your knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to Red Bull You will proactively use Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising personnel is in place across your territory

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• You will have a proven sales track record
• Ideally you will have FMCG experience (branded or retail experience)
• Your ability to manage and cultivate good relationships is second to none
• You pride yourself on your good selling skills, including communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
• You can demonstrate a clear understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non traditional)
• You are building your commercial awareness, and you have a basic understanding of commercial maths
• You have a basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and exposure to mobile Field Force automation would be helpful but is not essential
• You must have a current, full driver’s license as you will spending most of your days on the road
