We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Creative Manager team within the Advertiser Platform organization!

Our Creative Management Team is a dynamic and creative group of individuals dedicated to helping advertisers maximize the impact of their campaigns through expertly crafted ad creatives. We are committed to driving performance, innovation, and efficiency in the ever-evolving world of advertising.

Following Are Some Of The Team’s Responsibilities

• Asset Management – Our primary mission is to help advertisers effectively manage their assets. We meticulously organize and maintain the digital materials essential for creating compelling ad creatives, ensuring that advertisers have quick and easy access to what they need when they need it.
• Performance Optimization – We are passionate about delivering performance to our customers. We collaborate closely with advertisers to develop high-performance creatives that engage audiences, increase click-through rates, and maximize return on investment. By continuously analyzing and optimizing creatives, we aim to achieve outstanding results.
• Innovation using AI – We embrace cutting-edge technology, including Generative AI, to push creative boundaries. Our team is at the forefront of using AI-driven tools to assist advertisers in generating innovative and impactful ad creatives that capture attention and inspire action.
• Product First – Our team is a full stack team of frontend and backend engineers to build a robust creative management product for our customers.
• Insightful Analytics – We are building tools to provide valuable insights to advertisers, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize their creative assets. Our in-depth analysis will help advertisers make informed decisions, refine their strategies, and achieve their advertising objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers to design and implement Ads products.
• Collaborate closely with the platform and data teams while building new features.
• Lead the processes needed to improve operational stability, including improving code quality, delivering dashboards and data visualizations.
• Build extensible components that would align with the product objectives.
• Support day to day project management tasks including communicating project updates, managing project timelines and overseeing project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python).
• Able to take complete ownership of a feature or project.
• An interest in the advertising business and understanding customer needs is a plus.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$157,400—$236,100 USD
