It is a good Quality Company that is looking for a Data Entry/CSR to join their team in a full time -part-time, remote capacity. This individual will helping resolve any issues that customers may experience and help navigate the solutions. They are looking for candidates with eCommerce customer service in their background. *Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs Data entry in various platforms Qualifications /experience At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.20 – $29.12 per hour
