Administrative Assistant/Conference Assistant

-On-Site Contract Position (Washington, DC)

RedStream Technology is recruiting for an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Conference Assistant to provide on-site support for a prestigious global management consulting company. You’ll support the operations divisions, organizing and maintaining high-quality knowledge content available through various digital channels. You are the perfect candidate for this role if you have a passion for data and numbers, which you will use to ensure that key activity metrics are cultivated and made accessible to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Rounding out the administrative elements of this position, you will also be tasked with event support for conferences and round tables. You will leverage your excellent organizational skills, while having the opportunity to collaborate with others in a vibrant international work environment where you can grow and develop your talents.

Qualifications and Characteristics

• Impeccable administrative, organizational, and time management skills
• Administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• High level of comfort working with data, proficiency with Excel
• Possess personal integrity, excellent judgment, and high ethical standards
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Collaborative problem-solving capacities
• Ability to comprehend available resources and guidelines to understand processes and ask clarifying questions to develop a competence
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Optimistic with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with and excited about working with wide range of people across different departments and levels within a global company

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
