Reejig is looking for an enthusiastic multiple Front-End Engineers to join the tribe!

The Front-End Engineer is an expert in web technologies (CSS, HTML) and JavaScript, providing lots of expertise and support in the front-end of Reejig’s platform to improve performance and UI. He/she/they will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet individual, team and company goals.

As a Front-End Engineer, your work objectives include:

• Being a reliable, subject-matter expert of JavaScript and HTML/CSS, creating reliable codes to improve UI and testing
• Communicating effectively and clearly with other team members, assisting them with subject-matter queries and resolving problems
• Maintaining and promoting standard and ethical work practices and methodologies when working on Reejig’s front-end engineering

Your job responsibilities include:

• Working with the team to develop a beautiful Reejig application, focusing on optimising client experience
• Building and cultivating efficient front-end system solutions and systems that can be re-implemented and developed again for potential future use
• Working collaboratively with team members to help resolve difficult issues and reach individual, team and company goals
• Interacting with the back-end team on a constant basis to ensure system development is at the same page
• Actively participate in Reejig UI coding and design discussions and reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant field
• 3+ years experience in .Net/Core (C# or VB.Net), ASP.Net, Web API, SQL
• Strong and proven expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Proven ability to write high quality code and implement appropriate software engineering testing
• Some experience in GitHub, Azure, AppVeyor, Nuget, Stackify, Vue.js, Node.js or Aurelia.js
• Experience developing high quality codes for UI with the consideration of accessibility, performance and security
• Confident in debugging and bench-marking to increase program performance
• Experience following agile principles of software development
