Our Client is the Japanese leading software provider of ERP suite. This role of an Accounts & Administration Executive is to be responsible for the whole process of Accounting and Administrative tasks.
You will be reporting to Managing Director.
– Handle monthly payroll using company’s HR system
– Preparation and submission of employees’ earnings through IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme
– Handle employees’ medical insurance and benefits administration
– Maintain accurate employee leave records, processing medical and other claims
– Manage application, renewal and cancellation of Work Passes
– Handle other administrative matters pertaining to staff employment, confirmation and resignation
– Liaise with Government bodies on queries
– Keep up to date with Government policies and update Management
– Other ad-hoc duties as required by Management
– Handling administrative activities(e.g. travel booking, manage office supplies)
