As a software development intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding the Regal Rexnord eCommerce experience. This position offers the potential to perform a broad array of tasks related to software development activities. Specific types of engineering-related activities may include software requirements analysis, definition, and validation; software verification; technical collaboration; assisting in the resolution of technical problems; and developing software related documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into specific software development tasks
• Participate in architecture reviews, and generate requirements documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams to release software products
• Proactively take on new and different tasks while also looking for ways to improve our systems PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• College Junior or Senior Standing with graduation dates schedule within the next year.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done Exposure to Sitecore CMS, Dynamic CRM a plus.
