Regen Massage Hiring for Seeking Friendly & Outgoing Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Job at San Diego, CA Full Time

Part Time Receptionist for Massage Spa needed in the Point Loma Area of San Diego. Applications without completed skills tests will not be considered.

This is not a short term position or summer job. We are looking for long-term candidates only.

Approximately 18-24 hours per week spread over 3-4 days.

Open availability preferred. Some weekend shifts REQUIRED!
MUST be available to take both Morning & Evening shifts:

Morning: 10:00am – 3:30pm
Evening: 3:30pm-10:00pm – May finish work at 9:30pm on some days.

General Receptionist Duties:

• Answer Phones
• Schedule Appointments
• Explain Services to Customers
• Assist in filling out intake forms
• Take customers to rooms
• Cleaning as needed
• Check out customers
• Count and reconcile cash.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Friendly, Courteous, and personable demeanor is a MUST
• Attention to detail
• Have good Scheduling and Time management skills
• MUST be able to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize tasks as needed to maintain schedule
• Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required.
