Job Responsibilities :
- Billings, payments processing and data entry using SAP or NAVISION to record transactions relating to Sales, Purchases, Receivables, Payables, and Cash
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Preparing financial statements and reports on monthly basis
- Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose
- Perform Corporate Tax Matter Process
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the superior.
Job Qualifications :
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in accounting/bookkeeping
- Knowledge in bookkeeping principals and practices in order to identify and solve problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Basic MS Office Skills
- Meticulous, neat & tidy
