Reggio Kids Smithers: Nature School and Early Learning Centre Looking for Early Childhood Educator or Early Child Educator Assistant at Smithers, BC Full Time

Reggio Kids is looking for a motivated, energetic, and passionate Certified Early Childhood Educator or Assistant to Work in our program. Strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of learning stories, and experience using the B.C. Early Learning Framework is an asset. A love for nature and working outdoors is required. Applicants are expected to be a part of a busy team of educators, motivating children in the work of play and helping maintain a clean and organized environment. Educators must be comfortable working with a small group of children on their own and have relevant experience. Applicants must have a valid Early Childhood Educator or Assistants Certificate through the BC ministry (or have a comparable transferable education that is accepted with the BC ministry). Early Childhood Educator wages start at $24/hour and Assistant wages start at $18/hour. Wage increases are based on years experience and additional education and funding is available for Assistants to complete more courses towards their Early Childhood Educator certification.
