Administrative Assistant
Business & Financial Planning Division
Contract Full-Time; up to 11 Months
Reporting to the Manager of Business & Financial Planning – EPS, the position is responsible for providing coordinated administrative support to the four (4) BFP Managers within the division. The position ensures the Managers, and the sections’ information and activities are well organized, efficient and effective, at the same time, identifies opportunities to contribute and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the division’s operations.

Location: Due to Covid-19, some of our offices are working at limited capacity to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients and community. As such, this position will be required to work remotely for an undetermined period. Once working onsite, you will report to 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton.

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm; Monday-Friday
