Job Description:
At Regions, the Contact Center Messaging Representative engages with existing customers via real-time messaging functionality to resolve customer inquiries and provide a full range of banking services including account maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs account maintenance activities for fully-authenticated customers via live messaging function in a polite and timely manner
Utilizes effective question-and-answer techniques to quickly identify and uncover customer needs and address customer concerns
Coordinates as needed with other Contact Center associates to effectively and successfully resolve all customer issues and/or additional product needs
Fully cooperates with all monitoring and coaching activities designed to improve interpersonal relationship building skills and performance results
Actively participates in all coaching, mentoring and training opportunities
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:

Satellite internet cannot be used. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders is not permitted when using Regions Equipment. Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
