Job Description:

At EnerBank, the Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for assisting in analyzing software, developing testing procedures, and testing software products.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities

Follows test procedures per planned testing strategy to ensure code test coverage

Performs basic software testing, records, and communicates results

Participates in regular demonstration meetings to demonstrate software functionality and gather changes to requirements as necessary

Maintains proper test case documentation and backup

Triages items reported and creates tickets for bugs as needed

Assists troubleshooting issues with software in production

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Four (4) years of software testing experience

Preferences

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

Skills and Competencies

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good attention to detail

Strong self-motivation
