Job Description:

At EnerBank, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities

Provides telephone support for customers

Counsels customers regarding loan accounts

Documents conversations with customers and actions taken

Processes customer payments via phone

Preforms customer account maintenance requests

Reviews and notes accounts for customer correspondence

May perform other assigned tasks

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Skills and Competencies

Ability to learn additional systems including, ServLoan and Unifi

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations

Ability to work on a team

Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

This position is currently filling vacancies for full time hours of 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m MST, Monday through Friday. This position can be based out of our Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah offices, in addition to select out of state REMOTE locations. A $1,000 sign on bonus is also available to newly hired associates in this role!
