We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a durable medical company, with experience as an Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Physician Assistant. The successful applicant will have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, efficient data entry skills and be HIPAA certified. Bilingual a plus. Veterans please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing patient load
- Determining and ordering patient products
- Manage phone calls and emails
Requirements:
- College Degree
- 1 year admin experience
- 2 years in healthcare field
- Able to lift up to 20#
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
