We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Team Member- Gaskets for its manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama

Main Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

• Operate any equipment needed to perform job

• Inspect parts for defects

• Clean inspected parts and place them on the rack for shipment

Quality

• Ensures product and processes meet the standards relating to quality and STAKA.

• Ensures that process and product deviations from specification are documented and reported.

• Performs tasks according to inspection, handling, packaging, gauging instructions.

• Documentation of hourly output

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
