Main resource to the business for general employment practices issues. Works closely with individuals and managers in a division, site or team to bring solutions. Brings consistent best practices, process and policy to maintain and influence organizational health. Partners closely with HRBP and core HR functions to develop HR skill set and deliver outstanding service to the business. Helps leaders evaluate and act on opportunities within their teams. Collaborates with HR partners on various projects and programs. Utilizes discretion and good judgment in all decisions. Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
$47,500 to $97,500 per year
