As a Data Entry Associate, you will play an active role in helping develop our offerings. As you learn more and consistently deliver high-quality analysis and reporting to our customers, you will have the opportunity to progress and take on different responsibilities. The skills acquired as an Associate will enable you to explore other roles within Reify Health and grow in your career.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Learn and develop expertise in Reify Health’s platform.
- Iterate and improve upon current services such as data entry, communication between Customer Success and our customers regarding our services and data extraction
- Organize, review, and manage site data from customers to CRM in a timely manner
- Adhere tightly to strict data privacy guidelines regarding health care and personal data
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare templates for data entry
- Review data for deficiencies/errors, revise any incompatibilities and verify outputs
- Track, monitor and maintain a log of updates of form submissions
- Provide feedback to help guide product development
- Review and communicate data quality
What You Bring to Reify
- 0-2 years data entry work experience preferred
- Proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation capabilities
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Experience with MS Office and data programs, including intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and help whenever needed
