The ideal candidate for this position should be:

· Passionate and knowledgeable about aesthetics and beauty.

· Professional in language and demeanor

· Knowledgeable about promoting sales of spa services and retail products.

· Able to schedule appointments using spa software

· Friendly and outgoing in communication and personality

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting with opening and closing procedures

· Answer phone calls Notify therapists of appointments

· Greet clients upon arrival with a positive attitude

· Look and maintain a professional standard at all times

· Make phone calls and provide Clients with information about service offerings and online schedule requests

· Knowledge of treatment rooms and services available in each room

· Have computer/typing and social media skills

· Assist with communication with Marketing liason

· Develop social media imagery and postings

· Track facility use and inventory

· Track purchasing and contribute to vendor relationships

· Contribute to marketing materials and monthly sale developments

· ·Communication with marketing to update website monthly

· Restock supplies in waiting areas

· Close sale (including services and retail purchases) through POS
