We invest A LOT of time and money into training our technicians; this is for someone who plans to stay with the company for a long time.

1) This is opportunity is NOT for people going to school part-time.

2) Mechanically inclined individuals MUST have previous experience using their hands (mechanics, maintenance, repair). Not everyone can become a locksmith; you need to be mechanically inclined. Have an affinity for working with tools.

If your job history does not show that you have experience working with tools, please, send us a message to let us know that you do have experience working with your hands, own tools and can be a good candidate.

3) Those individuals that change jobs every 1-3 months on their resume will NOT be considered.

It takes a lot of money to train a new technician. We need mature people who will take this opportunity seriously and stay for a LONG TIME with our company.

Please PAY attention to the schedule required:

Monday- Saturday (Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm).

The training is for two weeks. Training will be done in Austin, Texas AND possibly Eagle Pass, TX. Your hotel, flights, and food will be covered by the company.

A lot of money will be invested to train you.

Therefore a one-year commitment is needed***

This is what we at Mr. Rekey offer our new technicians:

• Paid Training- You will receive two weeks of paid training in classroom and field environments. You will become a Certified Locksmith! The more you learn, the more you earn!
• Commission Pay! You are paid for what you produce. The more jobs you take, the bigger your paycheck will be!
• This is not a sales position. We provide you with jobs.
• Our locksmiths are the best paid in the industry. We make sure they get as much of the ticket. Our current techs are content with their commissions. Some have been with the company for over 20 years!

REQUIREMENTS

• You have to have a RELIABLE vehicle
• **We DO NOT provide company vehicles**
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid drivers license.
