Accountabilities
1. Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
2. Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules and edits to make corrections, additions or deletions as appropriate.
3. Searches entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines.
4. Complete timesheets on a weekly basis.
6. Follows standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
7. Performs other job related duties as required.
Qualifications
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. No prior training or related work experience required. Will develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
7. Availability for additional remote training and meetings as needed.
8. Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments.
9. Ability to meet and maintain the department’s quantity and quality metrics.
10. High Speed Internet capability.
11. Required to travel from home to Reed Tech Office as needed and/or directed.
