Job Description:

• Generate and process customer invoices

• Process warranty work orders.

• Resolve invoicing discrepancies.

• Generate corrected invoices when necessary.

• Prepare and post daily cash receipts accurately and timely. Including but not limited to Lockbox checks, Credit Cards, EFTs, Cash, Bad Debt recoveries, NSFs and Refunds.

• Process payment adjustments as directed by Accounting Management personnel.

• Assist in researching customer payment discrepancies.

• Provide comprehensive documentation for all credit memos, debit memos, refunds and other account adjustments to Accounting Management personnel.

• Drive for resolution of recurring cash application issues.

• Reconcile bank and GL accounts on monthly basis.

• Maintain continuous follow up with customers to obtain timely payment.

• Compete and provide customer account statements and reconciliations.
