Our Travel Industry Client is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team!!

Position: Direct Hire Inbound Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19/hr. + Benefits *Bonus from upselling during calls*

Equipment Pickup: Phoenix, Arizona

Training Length/Schedule: 6 weeks, 9:30am-6pm, Monday through Friday (On Camera)

Hours of operation: 9am-7pm, Monday through Friday/7am-5pm Saturday and Sunday

Post Training Schedule:

• Will be assigned a schedule within their hours of operation
• Will have two consecutive days off
• Schedule will change every 90 days
• Client will not accept any candidate accommodations in regard to their schedule

Position Details:

• Mixture of inbound calls and outbound calls

• Calls are all around travel that has already been booked or is in the process of being booked by their members

• Travel can include flight, car, hotel, excursion packages and rental packages at the resort

• Opportunity to upsell and make recommendations while on the phone with members

• Calls are high volume, 60+ daily

• 1 year + of previous call center experience

• Experience in Airline, Hotel, Auto Reservation Call Centers, tourism preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Exceptional phone etiquette

• Problem solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• High speed internet and the ability to work from home
