Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming is currently hiring a full-time Bookkeeping Assistant/Payroll Clerk with a degree or 3+ years of experience to join our accounting team. Pay starts at $21/hour, depending on experience. We are located in Evansville, WY

Summary Statement of Overall Purpose/Goal of Position:

Prepare and process payroll for over 130 employees and assist with entry and oversight to all bookkeeping functions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Payroll, including multi-state taxes
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• AR/AP and other bookkeeping
• Job Costing
• Equipment and Fleet Inventory Management
• Assist With: Monthly Close Out, Multi-state sales/use tax preparation, filing and audit, Insurance audits, Managing employee benefit programs

Qualifications:

• Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance Degree, 2-year associate’s degree or a minimum of 3 years accounting experience (strongly preferred)
• Payroll Experience (Required)
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, SalesForce
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Excellent follow-up and follow through skills
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time
