The Head of National Sales is primarily responsible for customer retention and business development with New Zealand and Fiji business Accounts. You will be required to manage support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include strategy, governance, planning, reporting, training, induction and target setting along with commission and incentive structures.

The role will also work very closely with the Pacific Marketing team, Pacific Operational Excellence team and Aus Head of Sales to ensure Pacific innovation and sales strategies are executed well across NZ & Fiji.
