Reprise Biomedical, Inc. Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

Reprise Biomedical, a growing medical device company in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales department. In this role you will process sales orders in Quickbooks, prepare product for shipping, invoice customers and provide general administrative support.

We are seeking a high school graduate with up to 2 years of customer service experience preferably in a medical device company.

Successful candidates will have the ability to:

• work with customers to resolve questions in a timely and professional manner
• assist with consignment inventory reconciliations
• process product returns
• communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• assist in collections for accounts receivable
• provide back-up coverage to the front desk
